Error 691

Error-691: (Invalid Username and Password)

You are bound to get these error once in a while, major reasons for this error : You have entered wrong username and password or your dialer has gone corrupt.

Remedy:

1. Check the username and password you are typing in the dialer.
2. Recreate the dialer.
3. Try to connect. Ths should work. If no, call the tech Support for assistance.
